Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.Click hereto learn more about our new Telescope Guide Extension Catheter.A Day in the Life·You will establish and execute annual and quarterly strategies for the Therapy Delivery product line in the United States, including our market-leading catheters, new Telescope guide extension catheter, guidewires and more.·Act as subject matter expert and represent therapy delivery brand positioning during interactions with sales representatives, physicians and adminsitrators through support of conferences, customer meetings, field rides and live sales meetings.I moved this bulllet up as it was way downn on the list, and I think this is a key component of the job requirement·Maximize the Telescope Guide Extension Catheter launch opportunity.·Drive strategy, development and execution of all marketing messages and communication tactics.·You will partner with global marketing, marketing communications, PR, sales training and the sales team, amongst others, to build a robust competitive strategy for both current and future products and drive execution.·Lead US commercialization strategy for future therapy delivery products.·Partner with global marketing to develop tools, tactics, communications, and advertising to support brand strategy. Own document control process for resource development by partnering with legal, regulatory, clinical and R & D counterparts·Represent US coronary business in product development, pricing, contracting and rationalization discussions.·Partner closely with sales operations and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory levels across product portfolio·Determine and execute appropriate market research needed to inform and measure strategy.·You will partner with sales training to develop and execute relevant training content for sales force.·Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific and technology developments by attending relevant scientific and technical meetings and conferences.·Establish anddelete the Estabilish part and just say effectviely manageEffectively manage therapy delivery budget.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsYou will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in product or program management to be considered.25% travel required.Nice to Have:MBAPrevious relevant clinical, sales and/or marketing experience within interventional cardiology.Exposure to working with a high performing sales force.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans, especially within an extremely competitive and dynamic marketProduct launch experience.About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
