Job summary
The Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing productivity by eliminating waste and increasing efficiencies.They will develop enterprise-wide strategies to maximize manufacturing performance, capacity, and yield.This role requires some level of specifically food manufacturing process engineering.

Responsibilities
• Develop enterprise-wide strategies to maximize manufacturing performance, capacity, and yield• Lead efforts to identify and drive productivity projects• Create and improve manufacturing instructions and standards• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering• Develop advanced data analysis tools• Provide technical leadership to solve problems• Build technical skills in operations• Lead processes to audit standards• Maintain a central library of manufacturing standards and instructions• Engage in food manufacturing forums and organizations
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in food manufacturing engineering• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Food Engineering• Leadership of structured problem-solving approaches preferred• Experience with regulatory requirements for manufacturing processes• Development of statistical models and data analytic tools preferred• Ability to travel 0 to 50% as required
