Responsibilities
• Obtaining quotes, submitting requisitions, project procurement, order tracking and follow up• Providing primary support to obtain purchase orders and address other fulfillment requests• Delivering timely and accurate information, support, and services to all caregivers• Maintaining a focus on a positive customer service experience• Translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture• Leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups• Leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions• Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions• Solving problems using systematic procedures and root cause analysis• Managing procurement and delivery efforts for large cross-departmental projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience• 8 years related experience• Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes• Strong experience with n-tier solutions• Strong experience with resilience modeling and ability to simulate service outages• Strong experience influencing engineering team members• Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions• Strong experience leveraging data and metrics• Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures• Demonstrated ability in procurement functional and system processes• Accounting/procurement knowledge• Ability to work with internal teams to develop business decisions• Good interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills
