• Prepares food items according to production sheets and recipes• Labels, dates, covers, and monitors prepared items• Monitors and replenishes food levels• Delivers excellent customer service• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures• Follows established procedures for cleanliness and safety• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties• Reports safety hazards and violations• Performs other assigned duties• Maintains equipment and work environment
