Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Premises Pre-Suit attorney within our Premises Liability department in our New York City offices.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of allpre-litigation workComplete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable casesGuide clients through the lifecycle of their caseDrafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete turndown approval for viability issuesOversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiationsManage the release approval processManage a team of multiple Case ManagersFocus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of New YorkDrive compliance and KPIs amongst teamHandling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as requiredRegular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations ManagerRequirementsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the NY State Bar Association1+ years of personal injury or premises liablity experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-litigation casesAbility to manage multiple Case ManagersExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong leadership skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsThis role reports to the Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager.#LI-HK1
