This position is for a Nuclear Test Operations Electrical (NTO-E) Production Radiological Controls (PRC) Operations Supervisor for 1st ShiftDirects five to ten Electrical Technicians in the performance of nuclear work and testingResponsible for ensuring safe and efficient use of manpower and resources

Responsibilities
• Review applicable technical work documents• Brief technicians on the execution of the job• Overall responsibility of test equipment assembly, installation, and operations on new construction and commissioned submarines• Interface with Shift Test Engineers, Electrical Test Engineers, and Ships Force• Communication and interaction with various Engineering Organizations• Qualify as a Production Radiological Control Supervisor• Supervise nuclear work in radiological areas• Support work at the Shipyard, SubBase, or Quonset Point• Work during off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays as needed• Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical equipment operations• Knowledge of Nuclear Test and Electrical Trade functions• Working knowledge of the Corporate Nuclear Power Manual requirements• Previous Operations Supervisor experience
