Role Responsibilities: Coordinate Operations: As a Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in executing power washing projects efficiently and maintaining quality standards. You'll be responsible for managing service locations with our state-of-the-art, truck-mounted equipment. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service that meets our high standards for customer experience. This involves interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company protocols. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience, plus tips/commissions which is usually $3.00-$4.00 an hour extra on average Robust Benefits Package: Includes 80% company-paid medical, 100% company-paid dental and vision, paid vacation, retirement plan with company match, and more. What You Bring: Excellent customer service skills: prior sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills (written/verbal). Effective time management and organizational abilities. Motivation to excel in the role. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Experience in power washing is not a requirement, but experience in construction or sports/athletics is a plus. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
