**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the plumbing service department, including service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, including response times, job completion rates, and customer feedback, and make adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
