Job summary
Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a Platform Engineer to support our application portfolioThis role requires strong critical thinking skills to help resolve complex technical issues for business usersThis person will also have an opportunity to continue building out our competency in proactive monitoring and application health

Responsibilities
• Implementing / Supporting applications/cloud technologies• Configuring/Responding to application alerts from monitoring software• Testing/configuring/Monitoring system restores for business continuity• Assisting with support process improvement• Supporting/patching applications• Occasional after hours application/server support• Building/Upgrading an EC2 server, adding disk space• Setting up a new S3 bucket and creating a process to archive data in that bucket• Working with a team to build a repeatable, stable release process• Being part of a project team with deliverables and releases
Requirements
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud technologies• Experience with automation of administration tasks• Experience supporting cloud technologies• Experience with Datadog monitoring software• Experience with Cloud Endure backup technology• Experience with building cloud support processes, continuous improvement
