Responsibilities
• Supervising daily operations of the service center• Meeting high safety standards and ensuring compliance• Providing technical expertise on propane storage and handling• Managing service budget expenses and achieving goals• Assisting with customer and employee training• Inspecting vehicles and performing necessary tests• Completing new customer installations• Monitoring service scheduling and completion times• Filling in for drivers during high volume or staff shortages• Maintaining vehicle files and logs
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Five years of work-related experience• At least three years of progressive operations and customer service experience preferred• Commercial driver's license and Class B CDL license with hazmat & tank endorsement required• Class A CDL license with hazmat endorsement preferred• Doubles and triples trailer endorsements preferred• Working knowledge of DOT safety requirements• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment• Strong time-management and organizational skills• Attention to detail
