BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position): Provide Million $ Service to guests of The Mill Casino Hotel food outlets.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee. Greet guests in a professional manner with knowledge of both food and beverage menus and transport both food and beverages to them, using tray service at all times. Responsible for bussing tables, using tray service, and for setting tables between seatings. Required to complete all assigned daily side work, which varies from stocking stations with all required items to cleaning. Must be available to work primary shift and some shifts outside normal schedule as needed. Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (objective educational or technical training required; skills; and years of experience): Prior food service experience required. Must have ability to obtain valid OLCC and food handler permit Ability to answer telephone with proper etiquette. Must meet health and sanitation standards at all times. Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
