Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive patient care in the form of consultative inpatient and outpatient Nephrology patient care• Participate in all aspects of outpatient and inpatient nephrology care• Proficient in procedural skills including hemodialysis, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney biopsies• Provide pre-kidney transplant and post kidney transplant evaluation• Share after-hour call responsibilities with section physicians• Provide consultative input to outpatient and inpatient care
Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship• Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine• Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery• Residency training in an accredited core specialty training program• Physical requirements must be met
