Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and functionality.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on at-home exercises and self-management techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong commitment to providing quality patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
