Responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration• Perform discharge evaluations and provide referral and education resources
Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist• Minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform fine motor skills
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of neurological conditions (TBI, CVA, SCI, Parkinson's)• Experience in outpatient, acute care, or post-acute preferred
