Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: DuBois,PA Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 36 Hours Guaranteed Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to patients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises. Adhere to productivity expectations, including seeing 12-14 patients per day and conducting 60 visits per week. Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary to meet patient needs. Requirements: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
