Job summary
HarmonyCares is a home-based primary care practice.Phlebotomist will assist the HCMG Physician in delivering primary health care.Serves patients by retrieving blood samples and performing screening procedures.

Responsibilities
• Identify best method for retrieving blood samples.• Verify test requisitions and patient identification.• Obtain blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.• Maintain specimen integrity and track collected specimens.• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to professional standards.• Take vital signs, label and package specimens for delivery.• Log patient information and demonstrate familiarity with EMR.• Maintain good driving record and drive up to 150 miles daily.• Perform full range body motion and lift/carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.• Read road maps and sit/stand for long periods of time.
Requirements
• High School Diploma.• Phlebotomist Certification and CPR Certification.• Valid driver's license and good driving record.• Adept at venipuncture, phlebotomy, and finger sticks.• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.• Familiarity with EMR and IT technology.• Interpersonal skills, compassion, and ability to work independently.• Attention to detail, procedural and organizational skills.
