Wohali is looking for a People and Culture Manager who will shape and drive the implementation of our people strategy.

Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts.• Lead and manage all international recruitment.• Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.• Drive and support leaders in training content development.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs.• Ensure all compensation and benefits are aligned with luxury and local markets.• Manage all communication of key messages, business strategies, and vision across the company.• Lead the implementation and manage an employee recognition and employee appreciation program.• Supervise and coordinate all matters of employee accommodation and transportation.
Requirements
• Experience as a People and Culture/HR business partner/manager.• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.• Experience in employee relations.• Experience in training content development.• Knowledge of compensation and benefits alignment.• Experience in employee communication.• Experience in employee recognition and appreciation programs.• Knowledge of employee accommodation and transportation management.
