We are a dentist recruiting company helping a premier children's office hire a pediatric dentist or a general dentist who loves treating kids. This is a very reputable office that has built a wonderful reputation in the community. The office has over 1,500 online reviews averaging 5 stars! The office is privately owned by 1 dentist.
The office is mostly FFS and PPOs, with just a small amount of Medicaid. They have a beautiful and modern office with paperless charting, digital x-rays and more. They also have an excellent team of assistants and front desk. The dentist can also offer excellent mentoring and or collaboration with the associate.
A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 400K per year, a general dentist can expect to earn between 200K and 250K per year. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, and continuing education. They already have a busy patient base developed as their current dentist is relocating soon.
