Payroll Specialist

William Vaughan  Company is helping in the search for an Payroll Specialist for a Industrial Machinery Company based in Toledo, OH. As the Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role being responsible for maintaining payroll systems and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount. Your duties include consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, calculating paycheck amounts and distributing funds to employee accounts. This person will have a good personality with great communication skills and an analytical mind. ** THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR WILIAM VAUGHAN COMPANY** Role: Ability to think outside of the box and find ways to make processes more efficient within the department. Ability to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong and proven customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Time management, multitasking, and flexibility. Requirements: Experience with Paycor is preferred. Manage benefits to HSA Accounts and 401K plans. Review processing for tax filings and payments of any garnishments. Knowledge on prevailing wage jobs. Serve as the 401K Plan Administrator and help oversee during 401K audits.
