Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees on a timely and accurate basis, including salary, hourly, and commission payments.
Input and verify employee timekeeping data, including hours worked, vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests.
Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other withholdings.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and summaries to management and employees as needed.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other HR and accounting systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in payroll administration or related HR role.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite (experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar programs preferred).
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
