You Will: Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information; Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints Trains new employees when needed You Are: Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world-class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: High School Diploma or GED Intermediate to advanced computer skills Strong multitasking and communication skills Experience providing exceptional customer service Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred. Pay Range:USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /per hour
