Coal Creek PT is looking for that special someone to be the face of our Award-winning PT practice, with two locations in Louisville and Boulder! We are excited to find a positive and motivated individual to be our Brand Ambassador connecting our clinic to referring doctors, medical professionals, and sports and activity groups in the Boulder County area.
Patient Care Coordinator tasks primarily include: -Setting lunch meetings with medical professionals
-Dropping evaluations and progress reports weekly to referring providers (faxing these reports during COVID restrictions)
-Executing in-house marketing events as well as participating in community health events
-Administrative tasks include patient communication by email and telephone, keeping statistics up to date, referral log auditing and reporting, etc.
-Working closely with Front Desk Staff to ensure referrals convert to new patients

-Is passionate about public relations/sales and enjoys creating the growth of the clinic via Internal Referrals, Health Events, + community outreach

The Position -Salary starts at $15/hour plus a monthly production bonus
-Flexible hours to fulfill a part-time 20 hr./wk position - we are open to creating a schedule that works best for you!
-Some duties require being in the clinic, estimated at 1-2 days per week. Otherwise, working from home is appropriate.
