Albi is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef who is highly motivated and passionate about cooking to join our tight knit team. The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing nightly dessert service at Albi, as well as some prep for daytime sister cafe/bakery, YELLOW. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of fine dining experience, a desire to learn, and is able to maintain a consistent high level of execution.
