Union Station has an exciting new opportunity for a Pastry Chef! We are looking for someone to lead a team in our new operations as we renovate spaces and build new concepts and ideas.
The ideal candidate is a leader who loves to teach and grow their team who is also passionate about desserts and pastry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to establish their name as a premier member of Denver's pastry scene who wants to take the next step in their career and be part of something special.
This candidate will work alongside our Culinary Director in out off-site commisary to build out a new, exciting dessert concept that evokes the patisseries of Europe with an American influence, while also producing the highest quality artisanal ice cream. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail with a background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premier patisseries. High volume production experience is a plus.
