If the answer is yes, apply below!WE OFFER:Excellent growth potential with growing organizationLife, Disability, & Health Insurance* 401K* Paid VacationRESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish by accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer phone and electronic orders.Locate or order parts based on the customer's needs.Complete special order part request for wholesale and retail customers.Communicate with the customer and keep them up to date on the status of their order.Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.Help maintain and nurture customer relationships.Generate invoices for pickup, delivery or shipping to our customers.Process any returns or warranty claims in a timely manner.Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industryREQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent1 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience.CDK/ADP experience preferred.Experience with OEC, OPS, CCC helpful.Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.Strong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.Chevy, Chevrolet, Car, Auto, Parts, Counterperson, Wholesale
