Job Summary
Brave Health is seeking a full-time Partner Success Specialist within the Partnership team to process new patient referrals from partners and share timely updates using multiple platforms and digital tools. 
Responsibilities
Process 50-125 new patient referrals each day, creating or updating new patient accounts.
Perform accurate data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and various web-based portals.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate data and patient success
Ensure the integrity and security of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand
Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences 

Qualifications:
Experience working in Salesforce or other complex CRM
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment
High level of organizational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Healthcare experience not required but a plus
