Job DescriptionThe Montague lab at the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute in Roanoke, VA is seeking a part time Research Assistant. The Montague lab focuses on computational neuroscience. Approaches to this research include theoretical, computational, and experimental with focus on mental health and its effect on disease/injury.The successful candidate should be detail oriented, enjoy a fast-paced research environment, and have some prior experience in a lab setting. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a diverse population. Knowledge in basic computer skills, record keeping and experience with data collection is preferred.There is opportunity for the candidate to gain experience in a professional research setting.
