Description:Vanguard is seeking a friendly and welcoming receptionist to join our company. This position will be the first point of contact for most visitors and the primary responsibility will be to welcome and greet all guests and assist their needs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Basic Computer skills preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English speaking preferred but not required.
This position will also include various front desk duties including scanning, sorting mail, and answering and routing incoming calls. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person.
This position is a job share and while the primary hours will be 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, the ideal candidate will have the flexibility of occasionally working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM. Status:Part Time
