Job Description To be considered for employment, part-time applicants must be:
Team member must be available to regularly work both Fridays and Saturdays. 16+ year old team members must be available to work until close 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month. 14-15 y/o team members must be available to work dinner shifts 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month. Team member must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week (including weekend shifts). At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.
