In our Contact Center, you will have direct opportunities to build member relationships, fulfill our members' financial needs and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union. The ideal candidate: Team oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships by exceeding expectations. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment. Service driven attitude recognizing needs and cross-marketing complimentary credit union products and after-market services. Problem solver with the ability to look outside the box while maintaining sound judgment. The main duties: Embrace PSCU's culture, service standards, mission statement, and values. Provide outstanding service during each member interaction which may include but is not limited to handling teller transactions, assisting with plastic card disputes, determining members' needs, and cross-selling appropriate products. Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. Administer Mobile Deposit, Home Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile App Admin sites and assist members and staff with these programs. Providing support to other departments as needed. The 'must-have' list: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently, prioritize work, exercise initiative and meet deadlines. Must have reliable transportation. The wish list: Previous contact center experience. Previous financial institution experience. The details Credit Union Hours - M-F 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, Sat 8:45 am - 1:15 pm.
