Description: As a para-planner , you will work closely with our financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and asset allocation analyses to support financial advisors
* Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork accurately
* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork efficiently
* Assist in compiling profiles of prospective clients to facilitate client acquisition efforts
* Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
* 1+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
* Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
* Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus
