Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures in the Food and Beverage Department• Maintaining food and beverage safety and quality• Establishing and maintaining standards and procedures• Handling guest-related issues• Communicating with General Manager and other staff• Managing employee performance• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field• Previous supervisory / management experience preferred• Ability to read and interpret documents• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred• ServSafe and/or food safety training required• Alcohol awareness training preferred• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls• Ability to write reports and correspondence• Ability to compute mathematical calculations• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus• Knowledge of local activities and attractions
