As an Oyster Shucker, you will play an important role in providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This cherished and traditional position is always on-stage and requires a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. About the Job:
Provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters. Ensure that oysters and other products served meet the quality standards of the restaurant by reading and following established recipes and plating requirements. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Positive interaction with guests and provide excellent service. About You:
Experience as an Oyster Shucker. A passion for service and hospitality with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, staff, and guests. Understanding the importance of building a clientele and seeking to create lasting relationships with all guests.
