Overnight Front Desk Supervisor

Train, schedule and motivate all seasonal associates in Housing. Coach and counsel associates as needed. Review housing associates time-cards on a weekly basis. Work with Maintenance to follow-up on routine work orders and emergency building maintenance issues to ensure items are in proper condition in all facilities. Utilize reporting functions to ensure correct billings and deductions for all housed associates. Respond to questions and concerns of residents within established parameters.
