Do you have what it takes to be the face of Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning, an industry leader in residential HVAC, Water and Electrical? We are hiring NOW for Outside Sales Representatives who are averaging 250k a year by their second year! Do you consider yourself a strong closer who thrives on the challenge of getting the YES – We want to hear from you! This is a full-time opportunity that comes with exceptional benefits, 401k + employer match and paid time off (the more you sell the more you earn!) We have grown substantially each year since we were established in 2003 and have consistent year-round work available. Our Outside Sales Representatives are averaging 2-3 appointments a day – these are all warm leads or marketed leads that we generate for you! (No door-to-door sales or cold calling!) HVAC is a growing industry that is in high demand for our clients which means stable working conditions for you!

Market Value Compensation Up to 3 weeks Paid Vacation Paid Birthdays off Health, Vision, and Dental plans for you and your family 401k Retirement Plan with company match up to 30% Life insurance and accident insurance Special Program Options: FSA & EAP Referral Bonuses and Employee Discounts Program Continuous Training for your Professional Development & Life Skills Courses Uniforms and Uniform Laundering  Company vehicle with gas card  Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Drive Top Performance by reviewing clients residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and presenting options for improvement and replacement Maintain existing client relationships by Giving Remarkable Service with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills Be Kind and Encouraging by educating clients on options to improve their heating and cooling systems Conduct needs analysis, measure and perform a technical home survey Identify and present and close opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards and Honor Our Commitments Update job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities Possess excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image Results driven in a high-energy environment Attention to detail, high integrity and honesty Must be able to follow directions and work independently  Do I have What It Takes? 3+ years residential HVAC Sales experience required  Service Titan experience highly desired  Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image Results driven in a high-energy environment  At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check 
Annualized potential compensation based on individual performance: $200,000 - $400,000
