Position Available: Business Development Representative (Green Bay, Wisconsin Market)

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Green Bay and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new accounts, managing existing client relationships, and effectively communicating our value proposition to potential customers. With a focus on customer satisfaction and territory growth, you'll be instrumental in driving our business forward.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to sell, with preference for manufacturing or construction background
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new accounts within the Green Bay market
Manage both self-generated leads and customer-provided leads
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our solutions
Utilize CRM software to manage sales process and track progress
Proactively pursue and close opportunities within the territory

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, remote position based in the Green Bay area. Travel within the territory is expected, with occasional visits to our headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin for meetings and training.
