This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity based in the vibrant territory of Kansas City, MO. Candidates must reside locally or be open to relocation.

As an Outside Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving company growth while crafting your own rewarding career journey. What You'll Bring to the Table: (Responsibilities)
Utilize cold calling and social media prospecting to source new clients, exceeding sales quotas.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, securing in-person meetings with decision-makers to discuss our products/services and advance the sales process.
Maintain a positive attitude, creating lasting impressions and nurturing relationships with new and existing leads.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through various activities such as cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure individual and company objectives are achieved.
Efficiently manage all sales activities and follow-ups in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Do You Have the Right Mix of Ingredients: (Requirements)
Demonstrated ability to conduct 25-30 door pulls daily and implement a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required, with preference given to those experienced in cold-calling businesses for financial and marketing services.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Proven track record of growing new business with a hunter mentality, driven by persistence and self-motivation in a remote outside sales setting.
Strong financial acumen and confidence in discussing fees, acceptance, and financial matters.
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations that highlight our company's unique value proposition.
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; however, equivalent experience will be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
