Enterhealth is a nationally recognized leader in the addiction field. The Outpatient Center of Excellence, located in Dallas, Texas, is a premier, dual-diagnosis, outpatient treatment facility dedicated to supporting the healing process of addiction recovery. The outpatient therapist is integral to Enterhealth's comprehensive therapy services designed to maintain recovery. The outpatient therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other clinical practitioners. The outpatient therapist will be responsible for engaging in individual patient therapy, intensive and supportive group programming, as well as family therapy.
Counselors can expect: Access to innovative and science-based treatment for the disease of addiction. Well-appointed, professional office setting centrally located in the Park Cities neighborhood. Low therapist-to-client ratio. Private pay environment, free of managed care. Multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment. Essential Functions: Drive innovation and science-based treatment of the disease of addiction in the outpatient setting. Actively collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to develop an individualized plan of care. Design and maintain onboarding and development opportunities for outpatient center staff Perform primary counselor duties to clients and their families including psychosocial assessments; development of treatment plans; case management; crisis intervention; group, individual, family, and didactic sessions; discharge summary and planning; and coordination of treatment services. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and referral sources to enhance and promote services Core Competencies: Ability to establish and consistently enforce appropriate boundaries with clients and families Acute perception of people's attitudes, characteristics, and behavior patterns Demonstrate personal accountability and initiative.
