Orientation and Mobility Specialist Responsibilities: Provide direct Orientation & Mobility (O&M) services to blind/visually impaired students, ages 3-21, in a variety of educational and community settings including advanced travel with bus systems Provide O&M assessments for students on caseload. Provide instruction and consultation in school districts. Consult with parents, educators, and vision consultants. Responsible for writing progress reports, updating student records, etc. Improve professional competence through participation in staff development activities and other professional growth activities.
