Seeking a seasonedOracle Cloud ERP Testing Project Manager.This is a Pipeline role where it will be officially released in the upcoming weeks with more details to follow.Responsible for the Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Testing activities in support of one of the organizations' top strategic projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with relevant team members to define test plans in line with testing strategy and program timelinesManage all aspects of the testing cycles throughout the program lifecycle (including prototypes, system, integration, user acceptance and regression testing) per defined testing planDefine testing resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third partyManagement and mentoring a team of testing support resources, whose objective is to enable global testing cyclesEnsure testing tool is prepared to support all validation activities and users are trained in the use of the toolEnsure test scripts, scenarios and expected results are available and manage test cycle readiness, test execution, and testing status reporting in alignment with program plansAnalyze test results and test metricsManage and coordinate defect resolution in collaboration with appropriate Technology teamsPrepare, review and present test reportsIdentify, analyze & mitigate all risks & issues related to testing deliverablesEscalation within the program/operational leadership teams when needed to ensure quality and timeliness testing outcomesKnowledge and Skills:Knowledge and experience of project management methodologiesStrong knowledge in implementing standard/out-of-the-box SaaS solutions.Hands-on leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead mixed teams of business & IT resources.Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, SaaS PM tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheet) and an understanding of DevOps principles.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management.Self-motivated, decisive, and able to adapt to change and competing demands.Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesThe pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for these positions will vary depending on the level once released.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
