What will you do? Work safely and efficiently with your own personal protective equipment (PPE). Report property damage and /or safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist or Senior Management immediately. Listen to, follow and relay written and verbal instructions in English. Work on a production line to produce media in tubes, bottles, and vials. Assist in other areas as required. Work with a team to accomplish production goals. Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery. Perform simple maintenance and report malfunctioning equipment immediately to Supervisor or Lead. Complete production assignments in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental schedules. Set up and adjust machine to run a variety of sizes and types using tools to adjust machine. Demonstrate job functions to coworkers as needed. Quality inspect at multiple points in the process. Document process to align with ISO-9000 and other federal requirements. Read, understand, and complete required documentation. All paperwork shall be accurately and neatly completed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Help to maintain quality assurance on your position at all times. Diligently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Report discrepancies in procedures (SOP's, DHR's, etc.) to the Area Supervisor. How will you get here? You'll have a High School diploma or equivalent Communicate well, both verbally and written in English, and be comfortable performing basic math You'll have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment; aseptic experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred Enjoy learning while being flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Have a strong sense of accountability and a safety approach Enjoy working with others and making a positive impact Enjoy learning about and working with machines You'll be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be comfortable standing for long periods of time (around 10 hours a day), and see and distinguish colors.
