Join a growing community hospital as the Operations Manager – Physicians' Clinic , overseeing a network of medical clinics dedicated to expanding access to quality care. The Manager will have oversight of the provider's activities and those of the clinic, developing clinical programming to achieve quality care for patients and their families. Administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics' customers. This position reports to the Director of the Medical Group.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, required . 7+ years of experience in Clinical Services, Physician Practices, Outpatient services, Family Health Services or Urgent Care, Previous experience working in Rural Health clinics, strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Cerner EMR, preferred. Experience maintaining and managing compliance with all federal and state regulatory Agencies, required. Knowledge of Clinical office procedures, CPT codes, and filing systems Key Leadership Skills Financial acumen Customer Service Communication: written and verbal.
