How you'll have an impact at beem® Light Sauna:
The beem® Light Sauna team is looking to hire an Operations Summer Intern for a 10-week Internship program (dates flexible upon request).
This role will report to the VP of Operations of beem® Light Sauna and assist with training and supporting our franchise owners. You will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing the operations of beem® Operations Team. Our ultimate goal is to provide our franchise owners with support and help to grow their average unit volume (AUV) at a studio level.
This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a growing team as we scale the franchise on a national level. You will play a vital role in significant discussions and projects that contribute positively to our brand.
As beem® Operations Intern, a typical day might include a mix of the following: Assist in Day-to-Day Operations: Provide support to the operations team in executing daily tasks and responsibilities. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to various operational processes. Assist in generating reports and identifying trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within the operations workflow. Propose solutions and assist in implementing changes to streamline operations. Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for various projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall company objectives. What you'll bring to the table:
Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Interest in the Health and Wellness industry is a plus What we're looking for:
