The Position: We are seeking a Operations Coordinator to support the General Services Administration with project management and process improvement tasks. Some examples of responsibilities include:
Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues, needs, and contexts Performing administrative tasks, such as making answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc. Share insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with teams/clients Proactively identify program risks, and deploy mitigation strategies Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports. Support the planning and management of meeting logistics, materials, and follow up actions Coordinate and provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, working groups, integrated project teams, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operation activities Develop program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google Sheets The Ideal Candidate: At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeo's client insights and workplace culture. BA / BS Degree Experience providing operational or administrative support Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills. Experience with Google Suite Ability to build a strong degree of trust with the client Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple ongoing deliverables The Location : Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., but this role is 100% remote.
