Operations Associate

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, driven, and possesses strong research and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operations- Monitor and track progress on various projects- Conduct research to support decision-making processes- Help identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Must be driven and results-oriented- A passion for contributing to a meaningful mission
