Responsibilities
• Review, analyze, and reconcile complex billing information• Audit vendor billings and obtain approvals• Provide consulting and technical resources to various OTS management levels• Process and verify vendor payments• Generate and maintain reports detailing fiscal year expenditures• Conduct regular review of hardware and software contracts• Recommend updates to policies and procedures
Requirements
• A baccalaureate degree or equivalent• Experience and training in information technology• Knowledge of Louisiana Procurement Laws, Rules, and Regulations• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex billing information• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
