Job Summary: As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success. You will provide analytical and project management support. This is a critical cross-functional role where you will leverage data to drive measurement, accountability, and operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and manage data for the Operational Excellence initiative Collaborate with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities Liaise with IT and development departments to enhance systematic data capture and reporting initiatives Support operations and finance teams with volume-based analytics Support Operations through various Project Management initiatives Partner directly with the CFO to ensure consistency of data/information across the organization Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Expert proficiency in Excel and other advanced analytical tools SQL experience highly preferred, or willingness to learn Excellent analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate when appropriate Ability to thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment Degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related analytical field Experience with project management and financial analysis is strongly preferred Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative and inclusive work environment How to Apply: If you are ready to take on an exciting challenge and contribute to driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for the Operations Analyst position at FCA Packaging.
