Job responsibilities
Help run core operations/business cadence: Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
Manage team talent management initiatives and identify and report on success metrics for each project.
Collaborate with functional stakeholders to aggregate regional-level quarterly performance updates
Creative NAMER GTM narratives working with Insights team, product planning and marketing stakeholders
Strategic Planning and Communications: Manage strategic / business planning process in coordination with regional and functional teams
Support various team members on ad hoc projects related to hiring, opex, special events, etc.
Minimum qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional experience with program management OR strategy consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
Versatile across multiple functions including Sales, PI, Marketing, HR, etc.
Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
Self-starter with a team-oriented work style and interpersonal skills
