Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Synnex, a leading technology solutions company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online web chat platform to ensure seamless communication with our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the online web chat platform to provide real-time support to customers- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system- Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with other departments to integrate the web chat platform into overall customer service strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer service or web chat management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail- Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
