Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any online support needs they may have, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing information about products and services, and resolving any customer complaints or concerns.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and phone- Troubleshoot technical issues with our online platforms- Assist customers with navigating our website and online tools- Provide information about products and services offered by Liberty Mutual Insurance Group- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role- Reliable and hardworking individual- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with online tools and software- High school diploma or equivalent
